JOSEPH LAM

CEO & MANAGING PARTNER

With career spanned nearly 30 years in business and finance, Mr. Lam managed over $13 billion in finance transactions. Educated in Physics and Economics from Utah States University, he applies scientific methodology to investments opportunities. He specializes in the area of high growth and high yield. His most recent accomplishments included an early adaptor of Non-QM, an alternative  financing in the U.S. He designed many of the lending programs that is now being used in the broad market.

With a deep finance background and entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, Minh Mac is data-driven and quick to execute multi-layer strategies, whether alone or in a team. At Neuberger Berman, Minh performed in-depth valuation analysis of private equity and venture capital portfolios and private companies in various industries for NB Private Equity, which managed over $65 billion of investor commitments across primary fund of funds, co-investments, secondary investments and direct strategies.

VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

As Founder of Net Viet Media,  Linh Nguyen has over 20 years of marketing and media experience as well as a solid investing portfolio. His expansive network of contacts around the globe has helped execute large-scale investment projects both domestically and abroad.  Linh has also served as VP of Marketing for Exelerate Capital prior to joining Azura Holdings in mid 2017. Linh brings a unique, global perspective to international marketing initiatives of Azura Holdings and its subsidiary brands and ventures.

Director of International Relations

Spencer Hoo is Team Leader of The Hoo Group and Partner of PFC Group at REMAX Omega, located in Irvine, Orange County, California. Mr Hoo is also acting Director of the International Relations Department, managing marketing and outreach to the Asian and Chinese region.

PHILIP GREENBERG

Director of Real Estate Operation

Phillip Greenberg has nearly 30 years experience in the real estate industry as an agent, a broker, an asset manager, an investor and a coach.  He has owned a couple of brokerages in Southern California and is still actively managing a brokerage.  He is now focused on leading a team to provide the same high level of customer service, market knowledge, and experience he has given his clients for years.

Her years of experience in digital and traditional marketing and proven track record of successful campaigns has cultivated a strong brand identity for Azura Holdings and its subsidiary  ventures.

PROJECT MANAGER

With 5 years experience of living and working in China, Chris has a deep knowledge of Vietnam-China relations in various fields, especially education and international trade. As the head of Can-Achieve in Southeast Asia Market, China’s leading education and investment company, He participated in the development and implementation of a successful strategy for general branding and promotion, offered professional services for hundreds of customers in the market.
